Planning Submittal Process

The submittal process is as follows:

  1. Requests to the Planning Commission must be provided to the Service Director’s Office no later than noon on the Thursday prior to the scheduled meeting in order for these requests to be placed on the Agenda.
  2. A request will need to include: the name of the person or organization making the request, the address of the property in question, and a one-sentence statement describing the nature of the request.
  3. At least one (1) copy of any maps or other printed materials that will be presented to the commission as part of the request will need to be provided to the Commission Clerk at the meeting for inclusion with the minutes.
  4. In addition, it is recommended that at least five (5) additional copies are available at the meeting for the Commissioners to review during the presentation.
