Logan Codified Ordinance 72.70
- Children who are either or both - (1) less than 4 years of age, (2) less than 40 pounds - MUST be in an approved child safety seat, installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Children less than 8 years of age, or less than four foot nine inches in height must be seated in an approved booster seat, installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
