ALARM SYSTEM PERMIT APPLICATION
Below, you will find a link to an “Alarm System Permit Application” form. This should improve emergency responses to alarm activations, and prevent misuse of emergency services.
The permit application should be filled out and submitted to the City of Logan at 10 S.Mulberry St Logan, Ohio 43138 with the required fee of twenty dollars ($20.00).
